Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our community-based setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide safe and effective nursing care under the direction of the Registered Nurse (RN).
* Assist with high-intensity support needs, de-escalating mental health situations, attending to personal cares, and supporting daily activities.
* Administer medications, perform catheter flushes, and provide first aid as required.
* Support participants with diabetes management, including sub-cut injections.
* Use motivation and encouragement to help participants achieve independence and set personal goals.
