Responsibilities
* Work as part of an enthusiastic team in a highly competitive supermarket environment.
* Demonstrate customer service and POS knowledge.
* Supervise teams and manage rostering where appropriate.
* Ensure strong commitment to customer service and effective communication with management, team members, customers and external stakeholders.
* Lead by example, motivate the team, and solve problems as they arise.
Qualifications
* Experience in customer service; POS knowledge is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to supervise teams and understand rostering.
* Hands-on approach with passion and enthusiasm.
* Commitment to work health and safety standards.
