As the Landscape Construction Leading Hand, you will play a crucial role in the delivery of high-quality landscaping and fencing projects. This hands-on position will have you leading a team of landscape/fencing construction workers to ensure the successful completion of all assigned projects.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Understand and carry out all aspects of hard and soft landscaping tasks including but not limited to planting, mulching, turfing, paving, fencing, retaining walls, irrigation, plant identification and working with machinery to ensure a quality end product
* Take a "hands on" approach in the construction of fences and retaining walls
* Coordinate and oversee a team of landscape construction workers to complete all assigned projects on time and to the highest standard
* Working to detailed drawings and specifications.
* Proactively manage project timelines, resources, and equipment to optimise efficiency and productivity
* Provide on-site guidance, training, and supervision to ensure work is carried out safely and to specification
* Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address issues and deliver exceptional customer service
* Maintain detailed records, documentation, and reporting on project progress and performance
Here's what we need from you:
* Be a trade-qualified Landscaper (or related trade)
* Have a clean, Australian Driver's license.
* Must have a construction industry White Card
* Be able to work un-supervised, run your own jobs.
* Honest, trustworthy and reliable.
* Proficient in the use of landscape/fencing construction equipment and tools
* Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to ensure the job is finished to the highest standard.
* Great people skills both with fellow workmates and customers.
* Willingness to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
* Have a strong WH&S and Quality Assurance policies and procedures focus.
