We’re now looking for a Department Managerto join our leadership team in Esperance, WA— an exciting opportunity to grow your management career with McDonald’s.
About the Role
As a Department Manager, you’ll take responsibility for one of the restaurant’s key departments — People, Customer, or Operations. You’ll lead a team of employees to achieve targets and uphold the quality and service McDonald’s is known for.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a team of up to 30 employees.
* Drive results in customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
* Manage daily operations and ensure compliance with food safety and workplace standards.
* Support the Restaurant Manager in scheduling, training, and performance management.
* Responsible for delivering outstanding QSC, sales, people practices and profit on each shift
* Supervise employees to ensure that restaurant operations and procedures are adhered to
* Engage with crew and fellow managers to deliver great business outcomes by bringing the Macca's Experience to life on each and every shift
* Ensure every customer has a memorable McDonald’s experience
Required Skills and Experience
* Minimum one-year previous management or supervisory experience in hospitality, retail, or a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* A hands-on approach with a focus on people and performance.
* Strong attention to detail and operational excellence.
* Full Australian working rights.
