Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues and delivering outstanding support.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to maintain accurate records, respond to emails and phone calls, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
