Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join us in a project capacity for approximately 3 months.
This is a role that requires high level of HR and employee relations knowledge and experience within a medium to large sized, complex organisation.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills to develop and sustain strong organisational relationships, ensuring credibility is firmly established.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support completion of gap analysis
* Develop and deliver training workshops on recruitment best practices
* Provide specialist advice and support to leaders in relation to recruitment and selection and classification management processes
* Coordinate workshops, collate feedback, HR data and reporting
* Conduct workforce planning analysis with leaders, with guidance and direction on the procedure
* Review and update Human Resources policies, guidelines and procedures as required
