We are seeking a motivated and ambitious experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Subiaco sourcing skilled, reliable Temps for work in the real estate and property industries using our database and other tools.
Requirements:
* Proven, self-driven Recruiter looking for new opportunity to thrive on existing hot desk
* Curiosity & Ability to deliver for clients
* Knowledge of or interest in the Real Estate and Property industries
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships.
* Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Genuine desire to help candidates and clients find suitable matches
* Restults-driven mindset with a track record of achieving goals
* Strong collaboration, negotiation and problem-solving abilities to ensure successful outcomes for all parties involved.
This role requires a personable problem solver who can 'make the match'and nurture current clients and temp candidates as well as create opportunities. There is already a solid book of temp clients and working temps that can be picked up
