Due to the continued success and growth of the business, we are seeking an enthusiastic Electrical Apprentice to join our Orange Workshop in a full-time capacity.
As an Apprentice Electrician you will:
* Assist in the wiring, assembly and fit out of manufactured electrical products.
* Prepare, terminate and label cables according to drawings and standards.
* Install components such as breakers, contactors, relays, PLC hardware and control wiring.
* Assist in panel layout, mounting hardware and internal fit outs.
* Assist tradesmen with day to day activities
* Fault find electrical circuits
* commit to passing your TAFE studies
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
* Open and willing to learn on the job while working on a range of exciting commercial projects
* A willingness to learn and work in a team environment
* Reliable and punctual
* Current Driver's Licence (P1, P2, C Class and above)
* White card desirable but not essential
* Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
* Availability to work out of town on occasion.
