Sales Professional Wanted
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team. As a key player in driving company revenue and nurturing client relationships, you will work closely with the Head of Sales and Business Development to implement their sales strategy.
About This Role
1. Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on new business opportunities and proactive client engagement.
2. Build and enhance relationships with existing clients and new partners to identify opportunities for increased service offerings and revenue.
3. Collaborate across the organization to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
4. Attend customer engagement meetings and provide insightful reporting and analytics to showcase performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Achieve quarterly KPIs for sales growth through new and existing client relationships.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with current clients to expand services and generate new opportunities.
3. Analyze existing clients to identify opportunities and gaps for increased value.
4. Deliver presentations and pitches both onsite and online.
5. Maintain relationships to enhance brand reputation.
6. Problem-solve and meet deadlines.
7. Explore new ideas to improve processes.
8. Manage client relationships contracts and delivery performance.
9. Create costings and quotations.
10. Possess strong mechanical technical aptitude and product knowledge.
11. Work independently with strong presentation skills.
Qualifications and Requirements
1. Experience in account management or B2B sales within industrial energy or heavy equipment sectors.
2. Sales or account management experience in a service-based business.
3. Understanding of credit functions finance and business drivers preferred.
4. Proven sales activity and strategic planning skills.
5. Stakeholder management negotiation skills.
6. Exceptional communication skills.
7. Analytical and innovative thinking.
8. High-level communication listening and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements
* Valid driver's license.
* Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
* Proven sales history.
