About the role
This is a full-time Customer Liaison Officer role for a leading Offroad RV
& Campervan business with national reach. A dynamic and growing company, as the Customer Liaison Officer, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
* After sales management and customer contact point
* Providing prompt and professional assistance to customers via phone, email and in-person enquiries
* Handling customer complaints and concerns in a courteous and efficient manner
* Updating customer information and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system
* Collaborating with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Contributing to the development of customer service policies and procedures
* Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements
What we're looking for
* At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client liaison role, preferably in the Campervan or Automotive industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* A positive, friendly and helpful attitude with a genuine passion for customer service
* Familiarity with the industry and an understanding of consumer trends and expectations
