As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Boutique Manager in various aspects of sales, management, operations, customer service and team leadership.
Job Description
* Assist the Boutique Manager with operational tasks including rostering, general administration, staff training, inventory planning and problem solving
* Motivate staff to optimise performance and strive to achieve monthly sales targets
* Ensure company policies and procedures are being upheld
Responsibilities
* Support the Boutique Manager in implementing sales training and E-learning training
* Assist with daily and monthly reporting and inventory management
* Ensure the highest levels of customer service is being upheld
Requirements
* Tertiary qualifications in Business administration preferred
* Minimum 5 years retail experience in the high-range product or luxury sector preferred
* Highly developed and proven customer service Skills
* Proven staffing management experience
