We're looking for a commercially driven Regional Manager to join a high-performing automotive finance team in NSW.
This role is all about building strong dealership relationships, driving finance and insurance growth, and helping partners improve performance.
What you'll be doing
* Building and managing relationships with new and existing dealerships;
* Acting as the key link between dealerships and Head Office;
* Supporting dealers to grow their finance & insurance results;
* Monitoring performance, spotting trends and identifying improvement opportunities;
* Reviewing and initially assessing commercial credit applications;
* Sourcing and onboarding new dealership partners;
* Supporting campaigns, incentives and performance initiatives; and
* Providing ongoing operational support and problem-solving.
At its core, this is a sales-focused relationship role, you'll influence, support and challenge dealerships to hit targets while protecting portfolio performance.
What you'll bring
* Experience in automotive finance, asset finance, leasing, insurance or commercial lending;
* Strong relationship management and influencing skills;
* Commercial acumen and confidence working with performance data;
* Ability to prioritise, problem-solve and manage multiple stakeholders; and
* Ideally 4+ years' experience in a similar client-facing or commercial environment.
