**Role Type**: 12 x Full Time Temporary Contracts for up to 12 months only

**About you**
We need your proactive and passionate customer service experience in our Contact Centre team. To be successful in these roles, you will be motivated about delivering a great customer experience, every day in every way. You will be the first point of contact in our Contact Centre environment, working towards individual, team, and customer goals.
**Desirable Skills**:
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to utilise a variety of operating systems.
- Ability to adapt to different scenarios and manage out of the box enquiries
**Operating hours**:
This role requires working across a bandwidth of shifts within the spread of a rotating roster cycle. Please note that there are no set fixed shifts. These roles may require working across a bandwidth of rotating shifts including morning, afternoon, and evening work from Monday to Friday between 7am-7pm.
**Remuneration**
CSR - SNSW Grade 3/4, starting annual salary $64,592 plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
