Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Casual Client Services Officer. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles within the Client Services Department, including Front Reception, Ward Clerk, Specialist Consulting Clinics, Central Intake, and at our outreach sites. You may also be asked to work in administration roles within other departments across the organisation.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, patients, and staff. You will need to be able to work under pressure while managing time effectively to complete tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As a Casual Client Services Officer, you will be expected to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities. You will need to demonstrate a commitment to customer service, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to operate with minimal supervision.

* Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Office products and the ability to work with multiple software programs.
* Demonstrated ability to maintain strict information Privacy (Confidentiality).
* High-level communication and interpersonal skills that support and enhance positive relationships.
