We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in Canberra, ACT. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the execution of projects from inception to completion.
Our ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail. They will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and maintain accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
* Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and within budget
* Manage project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and risk registers
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams
* Provide support to project managers, as needed
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in a related field, such as project management, business administration, or construction management
* At least 3 years' experience in project coordination or a related role
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
