Project/Case Manager

This role involves coordinating and supervising various activities to ensure successful project or case outcomes.
* Scheduling interviews, managing communications with stakeholders, monitoring training and practice, and reviewing assessment decisions
* Providing administrative support to committees, including preparing agendas, minutes, and briefings for key personnel
* Building effective relationships with internal and external partners, responding to inquiries, and addressing feedback and complaints
Requirements:
* Proven experience in case management and/or project management roles
* Experience working within the health or education sectors
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and evaluation skills
* Diploma of Business Administration or equivalent experience/knowledge/skills (desired)
