About the Role
We are seeking a Restoration Labourer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with construction and labouring skills who want to help communities recover from disasters.
As a Restoration Labourer, you will be responsible for demolition and strip-outs, site prep and remediation support. You will work alongside experienced technicians while gaining restoration certifications and progressing to senior roles over time.
Key Responsibilities
* Demolition & strip‑outs (gyprock/wall linings, flooring, cabinetry) and safe debris handling
* Site prep for remediation and rebuilds; assist with negative air/containment setups
* HEPA vacuuming, detailed clean‑downs and antimicrobial application under guidance
* Competent with hand & power tools; safety-first mindset* Physically fit & reliable* Good teamwork & communication * Driver's licence * White Card required (EWP/Forklift tickets welcomed)
