What You'll Take Ownership Of

* Spot and secure new opportunities across cafés, restaurants, burger venues, and hospitality groups.
* Turn samples into excitement – and excitement into long‑term business.
* Build lasting, respectful relationships with owners, chefs, and decision‑makers.
* Map untapped suburbs and food‑service niches ready for better, fresher supply.
* Guide customers smoothly from first order to "How did we ever operate without you?"
* Represent Little Home Bakery at tastings, meetings, store visits and industry events.


Qualifications

* Have B2B sales experience, ideally in hospitality, foodservice or wholesale supply.
* Communicate confidently with business owners, head chefs, and operations teams.
* Thrive with autonomy – organized, consistent and full of initiative.
* Deliver on your promises and take real accountability for outcomes.
* Love solving problems, not creating them.
