We're looking for a Cyber Security Program Manager to join our leadership team and oversee the delivery of critical cybersecurity initiatives that align with ISO 27001, risk-based frameworks (D/PSPF, D/ISM, E8), and evolving business needs.
This is a strategic, non-technical leadership role—perfect for someone with deep security program knowledge and strong stakeholder and project management skills.
To deliver this value you will also:
* Develop and deliver a cybersecurity program aligned with business goals and compliance standards
* Act as the central point of contact for all cybersecurity activities and projects
* Manage internal teams and vendors to deliver secure, scalable outcomes
* Coordinate audits, risk registers, incident response, and security awareness
* Track budgets, resources, timelines, and outcomes across all security initiatives
* Partner with IT and business teams to embed security across operations and projects
Let's talk about you
You are an experienced IT or cybersecurity program leader with 5+ years managing complex initiatives. You have a deep understanding of ISO 27001, D/PSPF, D/ISM, and E8 frameworks, and you're skilled at managing vendors and delivering multi-stream projects.
You're a strong communicator and influencer, able to engage senior stakeholders and translate complex technical and business challenges into clear, actionable solutions. You have hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, M365, and Salesforce.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or PMP/PRINCE2 are highly regarded. You thrive in environments where strategy meets delivery, and you're comfortable leading enterprise-wide programs independently or with partners and contractors.
