About the role
A senior executive leadership role responsible for the strategic and operational performance of a large regional service business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead regional operations, financial performance, customer outcomes and people strategy across multiple branches. You will play a critical role in delivering sustainable growth, driving operational excellence and fostering a strong, customer‐first culture. As a member of the broader executive leadership team, you will contribute to enterprise‐wide strategy, transformation initiatives and long‐term value creation.
Duties
* Provide strategic leadership across regional branch network
* Own and manage full regional P&L performance
* Develop and execute regional growth and service strategies
* Lead, coach and develop regional and branch leadership teams
* Drive operational efficiency, quality and safety outcomes
* Build strong relationships with key clients and partners
* Act as senior escalation point for complex client matters
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and governance standards
* Monitor KPIs, budgets, forecasts and financial performance
* Champion continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
Skills and Experience
* Senior leadership experience with regional or national accountability
* Proven ownership of large‐scale P&L and commercial outcomes
* Experience leading multi‐site service or operations businesses
* Industry experience in waste, transport or general industrial services highly regarded
* Strong capability in customer experience and service delivery models
* Demonstrated ability to lead and influence senior stakeholders
* Track record of building high‐performing leadership teams
