This organisation is involved in the education sector is looking for an experienced Service Desk analyst to join their IT team in Hobart.
**Your new role**
This role is accountable for the effective delivery of quality ICT services in maintaining and improving the IT Service Management systems and processes to provide exceptional services to all end users. This is a transactional role answering phones, face to face support and logging incidents and service requests on a daily basis.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Recent proven experience in an IT support role handling Level 2 and/or 3 requests
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong customer service skills and communications skills
- Experience on both Windows and MAC OS is preferred
- Currently hold your Working with Vulnerable People card
- Holds a full Australian driver licence
