Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice Benefits Port Lincoln SA, 5606 Full Time, Contracted Role up to 12 months About the role As a Medical Scientist (MeS3), you will lead the delivery of a high-quality, multi-disciplined pathology service within a regional laboratory setting. This role encompasses the management of specimen reception, courier services, and associated collection centre operations. You will apply advanced scientific and technical expertise to perform and oversee a wide range of diagnostic procedures, ensuring services meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain continuous accreditation with NATA. Your professional judgement will be key in adopting and applying both established and emerging techniques to support accurate diagnostic outcomes. In addition to laboratory operations, you will play an active role in staff recruitment, training, supervision and performance development, fostering a skilled and collaborative team in a regional setting. You will contribute to teaching and research where required, while building strong relationships with local clients and stakeholders to support service delivery and expand private market share.
