About This Role Your new role: This role provides high-quality administrative support at the Theatre Reception of Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital, acting as a key contact point for staff, patients and visitors while supporting the efficient operation of theatre services. Provide frontline reception support by responding to enquiries, managing calls and directing patients, staff and visitors. Deliver administrative support including diary management, meeting coordination and general office functions. Assist with workforce administration including payroll support and recruitment processes. About You We are seeking a proactive and qualified administration officer who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is committed to delivering excellent service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage respectfully with patients, staff and visitors. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively while managing competing priorities. High level of customer service with empathy, professionalism and attention to confidentiality.
