Global Testing Services has been delivering premier services, advice and solutions for

expand your skills. We are seeking a talented and motivated recruitment consultant to
join our team in Canning Vale in a permanent full time capacity.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Talent sourcing and candidate attraction:
* Pro-actively source qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals and industry events
* Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
* Write engaging, accurate job advertisements aligned with employer brand and industry standards
* Conduct market research to identify talent trends, competitor hiring activity and salary benchmarks
Candidate assessment and management:
* Screen resume's and conduct phone, virtual or in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
* Administer reference verification when required
* Maintain accurate, compliant candidate records
Client relationship management:
* Build, maintain and grow strong relationships with supervisors/managers
* Offer strategic recruitment advice, including marketing conditions, candidate availability and salary insights
* Manage expectations and deliver a consultative, solutions-focused service
End-to-end recruitment delivery:
* Manage the full recruitment process from job briefing to placement
* Shortlist, present, and recommend top-quality candidates to clients
* Coordinate interviews
* Negotiate offers, remuneration packages and start dates
* Support onboarding where required
Administration and compliance:
* Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies, legislation and privacy requirements
* Maintain accurate job, candidate data in recruitment systems
* Produce regular reports on activity, pipeline health, KPI's and placement outcomes
* Stay up to date on recruitment best practices, sourcing tools and industry regulations
* Continuously improve recruitment techniques to enhance efficiency and placement quality
Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor degree or higher, or equivalent in experience in a human resources field
* A minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
* Must be legally able to work in Australia
* Australian drivers license
Salary of $85,000.00 on offer.
