At Dream Doors Kitchens, this isn’t just a sales role.
You’ll be working directly with homeowners who are ready to improve their kitchens — guiding them through ideas, design, and decisions that will impact how they live every day.
You’ll be supported through the process, but also given the opportunity to take ownership of your sales and income.
About the role
You’ll work with warm, qualified leads generated through showroom enquiries, referrals, and marketing.
There is no cold calling.
Your responsibilities include:
* Meet clients in showroom and in-home consultations
* Understanding client needs, lifestyle, and budget
* Design kitchens that are functional, practical, and visually impressive
* Preparing and presenting quotes
* Present concepts, walk through designs, and confidently close deals
* Manage your pipeline from enquiry through to signed contract
You will be supported through the sales process and will work closely with the team to ensure smooth project delivery.

We are offering an opportunity for full time employment or a contractor role, depending on the experience and current situation of the right candidate.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in kitchen sales, cabinetry, or home renovation sales
* OR strong sales background with willingness to learn
* Confident communicator with a consultative approach
* Able to build trust and follow through with clients
* Self-motivated and reliable
Licence:
* Australian driver's licence (Required)
