* Drive sales growth with resellers, integrators, and large direct clients across Australia and New Zealand.
Job Description:
This role will have six direct reports spread across the region. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales team to drive growth, manage key contract negotiations, and act as a focal point for key clients while driving high levels of performance in the sales team.
The ideal candidate must be a driven, self-motivated sales leader with high levels of EQ and an ability to inspire a sales team while thinking strategically about how to grow revenue in the region.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive sales experience in the Australian AV industry.
* A proven track record as a high-performing Sales Leader.
