CELOTTI WORKFORCE are seeking a Fleet Coordinator with a HC Licence for work in Pooraka, SA 5095. Our client is one of Australia’s most renowned transport equipment rental companies. Spanning across most of Australia, they strive to provide excellent service and support to both their clients and staff! What we are offering: $42/hr Monday to Friday - 8 hours per day Temp to perm position. Weekly pay Key Responsibilities: Safe operation of heavy combination (HC) vehicles within the yard and local area as required Loading, unloading, and positioning transport equipment Conducting pre-start checks and basic maintenance/cleanliness of equipment Assisting with organising fleet within the yard for efficient access and dispatch Inspecting equipment on collection and return, noting any damage or maintenance requirements Working closely with workshop and rental teams to ensure equipment readiness Handling inbound telephone enquiries and customer requests Preparing rental reservations and generating short term rental quotes Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients Ensuring compliance of cash and account customers in line with company policies Completing general yard duties including housekeeping, equipment movement and day to day support Ensuring all work is completed in line with WHS legislation and company procedures Supporting branch operations as directed by the Branch Manager The successful candidate will possess the following: Current HC Licence (desirable) Demonstrated experience with heavy transport equipment; rental or transport industry experience highly regarded Strong safety focus and understanding of load restraint and vehicle movement procedures Computer literate – training will be given on the internal software rental system Strong attention to detail Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality Excellent organisation skills Ability to pass pre-employment and ongoing drug/alcohol screening Benefits and perks: Competitive industry rates including penalties Modern facilities and well-maintained fleet Onsite parking Job security with opportunity for permanency Career progression opportunities If this is a position you could see yourself in please click APPLY, or get in touch with AJ at CELOTTI WORKFORCE on 1300 235 688 or email at alec @celotti.com.au About Us: CELOTTI WORKFORCE is a specialist provider of temporary and permanent blue and white collar staff to the building, infrastructure and resources sectors across Australia.
