Your Graduate Experience
You will be a valued member of our site mining teams from the beginning, shaping the mine production outcomes from day one. We want to hear from Graduate Surveyors who are striving to become technical experts or who want to lead Survey teams and establish themselves as industry leaders in the future.
You Will
* Contribute to daily operations through accurate survey data and reporting.
* Be included in team outcomes, production targets and operational success.
* Conduct set‐outs for drill and blast, development and production activities.
* Complete survey pickups and data capture for underground and open pit operations.
* Process and validate survey data using industry software.
* Contribute to plans and reports supporting the mine planning and operational teams.
* Work closely with engineers, geologists and operations to ensure alignment.
* Contribute to safety systems and site compliance requirements.
* Deliver defined project work with clear outcomes and accountability.
About You
You are a motivated and curious Graduate Geologist who is ready to apply your knowledge in a real‐world environment. You are driven by discovery, thrive on solving problems and bring a practical mindset to every challenge. You are eager to learn from experienced mentors and contribute meaningfully to a high‐performing team.
You Bring
* Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in Surveying, completed within the most recent 2 years.
* Previous vacation work experience in mining teams will be advantageous.
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive and safe mindset.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A current WA C Class (manual) driver's licence and eligibility for a National Police Clearance.
