Summary
The purpose of this role is to provide your customers exceptional service by driving the customer collaboration agenda.
The role will have accountability for understanding the specific needs of the assigned channels and leading solution development with customers that will drive volume, reduce waste/cost, and create sustainable competitive advantage. This position will support supply chain collaboration with assigned customers and internal partners including sales, distribution, transportation, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain S&OP. Key deliverables will be focused on service, driving growth, reducing cost to serve, along with end-to-end network optimization.
With the support of your VRPs in your team, this role exists to improve our key metrics (CFR, RDD & OTIF), enhance our service to customers through their KPIs (DIF, DOT, DIFOT & OBSL), and increase supply chain efficiencies to become a supplier of choice.
Key Responsibilities
You will analyze customer performance to determine root causes and develop action plans to improve KPIs.
You will collect and track customer data, monitor scorecard metrics, and perform analysis to provide insights for sales strategies.
You will provide insights and support communication with internal partners on each customer's operating model.
You will utilize customer data to prepare and present recommendations for sales initiatives.
You will facilitate problem resolution across order management, transportation, demand, and production planning.
You will investigate end-to-end supply chain processes with customers to identify improvement opportunities.
You will design and implement product flow solutions and process improvements to optimize costs and waste reduction.
You will evaluate customer requests for supply chain services and coordinate with internal teams.
You will own the supply chain collaboration process, aligning customer strategies with internal capabilities.
You will develop, coach, and lead a high-performing team of VRPs.
You will foster effective communication among stakeholders such as Sales, Logistics, Demand, Supply, and Customers.
You will maintain strong relationships with customers to position Kraft Heinz as their preferred supplier.
You will focus on customer-specific initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and KPI results.
About you:
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong data analysis skills
Experience with Power BI/Tableau & SAP (desired)
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, or related fields
5-10 years in logistics and customer-facing roles, preferably in FMCG
Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven team leadership experience
Financial acumen in supply chain context
Experience leading multiple supply chain projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and sales skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Results-oriented and self-motivated
