About the role
At the Port Augusta Toyota, we provide our customers with the best possible experience, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Service Receptionist to join their team. They will be our customers with bookings, ongoing communication throughout their service through to invoicing and vehicle collection.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining customer bookings calendar and ensure it is always up to date
* Keeping lines of communication open between service team and customers
* Assisting the service team with all customers facing aspects of the department
* Answering phones and emails
