This rare opportunity seeks to appoint a General Counsel and Company Secretary to report directly to the Managing Director.
As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to provide high-level legal and commercial advice.
The successful candidate will oversee the legal team's management and performance, providing commercially focused legal advice on various matters including contracts, employment relations, intellectual property, and privacy law.
You will also manage disputes, draft, review, and negotiate agreements, and proactively seek ways to improve internal operational, risk, and compliance processes.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years of post-admission experience, a Law Degree from an Australian University, and admission or eligibility to practice in Western Australia.
Demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers, excellent negotiation skills, and experience in contract law or aviation law are highly desirable.
