About the role
As part of IMC's continued growth and expanding project portfolio, we are recruiting for multiple Heavy‐Duty Fitter positions on a permanent, full‐time basis. Roles are offered on a 2:1 FIFO roster ex‐Perth, with day and night shift availability.
Your focus in this role: Maintenance, servicing, diagnostics, and fault finding on CAT, Hitachi, Sandvik and Komatsu mobile equipment
Responsibilities
* Major repairs and component rebuilds on large wheel loaders, dozers, excavators and trucks
* We are also seeking Heavy‐Duty Fitters with specialised experience working on drills, shovels and bucket systems.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
* Australian Trade Qualification as a Heavy Duty Mechanic or equivalent
* Previous experience with CAT, Hitachi, Sandvik Epiroc and Komatsu earthmoving equipment
* Minimum 3 years' experience working on CAT earthmoving and mining equipment
* Valid Manual C Class Licence (HR Preferred)
* Air Conditioning ticket and High Risk Licence (highly advantageous)
* Demonstrated ability to work safely
* Ability to complete pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening
* National Police Clearance
