About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to be the frontline face of technology support at VicRoads. As a Tech Bar Analyst, you'll play a key role in empowering employees across our corporate offices and Customer Service Centres by delivering high‑quality, customer‑first technology support.
In this hands‑on role, you'll provide walk‑up assistance through the Tech Bar, deliver onsite support, and ensure all technology requests are logged, resolved, and tracked effectively in ServiceNow. You'll support device builds, onboarding and offboarding activities, and provide troubleshooting across laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals. You'll also support meeting room and AV technology, including setup for Townhall events, and work closely with AV partners to resolve issues.
About you
You're someone who thrives on helping others and solving problems, with a natural curiosity for how technology works. Whether you're early in your tech career or looking to take the next step, this role offers an exciting opportunity to build your capability in a hands‑on, people‑focused environment
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
* Strong troubleshooting skills across end-user devices (Windows, MacOS and Android), M365, Wi-Fi, and peripherals.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Experience in Tech Bar or field support environments
* Exposure to ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform.
