We are seeking an experienced Acquisition Manager – NSW to join our Real Estate team. This role is central to sourcing and delivering the land and asset acquisitions that underpin our future growth.
Key responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new development opportunities across Sydney and NSW.
* Lead end-to-end transaction management: feasibility modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence, legal negotiations, consultant engagement, and Board submissions.
* Build detailed development feasibilities, cash flow models and business cases to inform investment decisions.
* Negotiate favourable outcomes that meet financial, strategic, and sustainability objectives.
* Incorporate town planning, subdivision, and construction considerations into acquisition assessments.
* Present acquisition opportunities to the Investment Committee and Board for approval.
Requirements:
* Tertiary qualifications in property, finance, or a related field.
* 7+ years' post-graduate experience in Sydney's real estate market, with deep local knowledge and established relationships.
* Advanced skills in feasibility modelling, valuation, and financial analysis (Excel, Estate Master or similar).
* Strong understanding of development documentation, town planning, and subdivision processes.
* Demonstrated success in managing due diligence, consultants, and legal negotiations through the transaction lifecycle.
* A well-developed network of agents, consultants, and landowners across Sydney.
* Excellent report writing and presentation skills, including preparing Board-level proposals.
