Location: Guildford, WA, AU
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager – Digger & Drill Services, the Project Supervisor will lead and mentor a team of FIFO Project technicians, partnering with customers to scope, price, plan, and execute Digger and Drill shutdowns, new machine deliveries and machine relocations.
Roster: 8 days on, 6 days off; 12.5 hours per day (including unpaid meal break).
What You'll Do
* Coach and develop a team to support large mining shovels (>200T) and blast hole drills across multiple OEMs throughout Western Australia.
* Conduct regular site visits to build lasting customer relationships.
* Provide on‑site leadership for technicians to ensure safe and on‑time execution.
* Based out of our Guildford HQ and travel to site as required.
Skills and Experience
* Demonstrated leadership and management skills as a supervisor.
* Previous experience within Field Service or shutdown environments, and mine site experience.
* Strong technical aptitude with Digger and Drill equipment.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel to site as required.
* Advanced stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships.
* OEM dealership experience is advantageous.
