The Role
* A well-maintained portfolio with the majority located within close proximity to the office
* End to end property management with support from a leasing agent
* Conduct PCRs, routine and final inspection
* Manage maintenance and monitor rent arrears
* Support from an experienced Head of Department and Director
* Back up and cover during annual leave, sickness or busy periods.
The Criteria
* Previous experience managing your own portfolio
* Property Management Registration
* Driving license and reliable vehicle
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A fun-loving team player personality & sense of humour
