Regional Sales Specialist
Seeking a self-motivated and skilled sales professional to expand our NSW & ACT Field Sales Team.
This is an opportunity for you to own your territory and deliver an exceptional experience to valued customers in rural areas.
The ideal candidate will thrive on variety, enjoy traveling, and be energized by building relationships and solving problems in the field.
* Ownership of a designated territory with autonomy and accountability
* Regular travel throughout rural NSW and ACT (including approximately 5-6 nights overnight travel per month)
* Drive market share growth through smart sales planning and customer engagement strategies
* Train and support store teams on product knowledge
* Deliver engaging product demonstrations and maintain strong merchandising standards
* Build lasting relationships with store managers and staff to create brand champions
Requirements:

* Confidence in complexity – you're comfortable working across a wide product range and tailoring your approach to different audiences
* Advanced communication and influencing skills – you connect, persuade, and motivate others
* Some experience in sales or account management with a track record of winning new business

* Comfort with technology – confident using MS Office, CRMs, and mobile/tablet-based systems
