Senior Venue Operations Manager

This role will involve working closely with the Venue Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue. If you have a proven track record in managing large-capacity venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the operational efficiency of the venue
* Lead a team of managers to achieve business objectives
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
* Drive revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to inform business decisions
Requirements:
* Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar venue
* Proven track record in managing large-capacity venues
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business
* Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
* Ability to stocktake and investigate stock loss
* Be able to implement and execute promotions throughout the business successfully
* Hold a current RLMV & Approved Managers license
