Reliability Expert
Job Description:
As a Reliability Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plant. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and improve the reliability of our equipment, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving business growth through innovation and efficiency. Your expertise will help us achieve industry-leading performance metrics.
* Maintain and improve the reliability of plant equipment, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process enhancements.
* Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment uptime and reduce repair costs.
* Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders to design, test, and implement new processes and procedures.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
* Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, using insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in electrical engineering, maintenance management, or a related field.
* Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis, troubleshooting, and repair.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights.
* Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and outside the box.
* Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and other software tools.
