Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional to provide support to our Insurance Brokers and new business projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team, utilising your insurance project management expertise to drive success.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail. They will be comfortable managing conflicting priorities and working to tight deadlines, while providing exceptional customer service to clients.
* Support senior brokers with client accounts, providing administrative assistance and guidance as needed.
* Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Participate in pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports.
* Prepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in a timely and accurate manner.
* Attend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties.
* Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships with senior brokers, underwriters, client executives, and client managers.
* Foster a positive client experience through outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing administrative support to our account brokers regarding client insurance and risk needs.
* Providing project management support for new business projects.
* Communicating with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needs.
* Participating in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal, and post-renewal activities, including drafting quotations and creating renewal reports.
* Preparing, lodging, and invoicing insurance policies in an accurate and timely manner.
* Attending client meetings and working on tender processes, client renewals, claims, and other insurance broking duties.
* Managing key stakeholder relationships with senior brokers, underwriters, client executives, and client managers.
* Enhancing the client experience through outstanding customer service.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Experience supporting senior brokers with their client accounts.
* Client service, underwriting, claims, or insurance broking experience.
* Experience across general insurance products.
* Tier 1 insurance qualification or willingness to obtain one.
* Experience with energy sector clients.
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Comfortable managing conflicting priorities and working to tight deadlines.
* Project management experience.
