Job Description
Lead the month‑end management accounting process, including journals, reconciliations and variance analysis.Oversee and refine product costing models to ensure accurate standard costs and margin visibility.Partner with operations, supply chain and production teams to drive cost efficiencies and performance improvements.Prepare detailed financial reports, forecasts and budgeting insights for senior leadership.Analyse manufacturing performance metrics such as yield, scrap, labour efficiency and overhead absorptionSupport inventory valuations, stocktake processes and continuous improvement of cost control frameworks.Provide commercial insight to support pricing decisions, capital expenditure proposals and strategic initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or relatedCA or CPA qualificationIndustrial/manufacturing experience will be highly regardedExperience with product costing will be extremely advantageousStrong knowledge of accounting standards and technical foundationExperience with a large ERP like SAPStrong ability to influence operational stakeholders and drive process improvement
