Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with confidence and professionalism
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings through clear communication and follow-up
- Provide detailed service information and guide customers through their move
- Liaise with operations for scheduling and job coordination
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead notes, and booking records
- Follow up with customers post-move to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Hit team and individual sales/conversion targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year experience in the removals or logistics industry
- Proven background in customer service and/or phone-based sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure
- Friendly, confident, and team-oriented attitude
