We are looking to speak to experienced Parts Managers or Senior Parts Interpreters looking to take a step up who are eager to take on a role at a growing farm machinery dealership in Moora, WA. The role offers a salary of c.$110k + vehicle & incentives.

Responsibilities
* Build strong relationships with customers
* Guide and mentor Interpreters where necessary
* Manage the financial performance of your department
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Experience leading and managing a team
* Existing parts experience in Ag, truck, earthmoving or automotive dealership or aftermarket parts industry
* Previous exposure to agricultural and farming machinery in a retail or wholesale environment is advantageous (but not essential)
* Familiarity with brands such as John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Fendt, Claas, Kubota, Deutz or similar is strongly encouraged
