**We will count on you to**:
- To deliver people risk related offerings and advisory engagements.
- Respond to Client enquiries for assistance on their individual requirements, around managing the risk associated with their people.
- Provide a range of services including workplace behaviour training, system gap analysis, audits and reviews, systems and programs development, and delivery of tailored training programs.
- Complete assigned projects within the timeframe to ensure they meet defined project objectives.
- Maintain existing client relationships to expand business opportunities and services via proactive consultancy.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Be well versed in the relevant standards, regulatory requirements, code of practices, and guidelines.
- Advise on, review, policies and procedures.
- Continually develop professional skills by engaging in professional development courses.
- Adhere strictly to the company's policy, procedures and practices.
**What you need to have**:
- 3+ years' relevant experience.
- Ability to develop and deliver business presentations relating to role.
- Experience with WHS systems.
- Possess formal qualifications - WHS (Minimum Cert IV).
- Good communication and Organisational skills.
- A current driving license is essential as travel will be required outside of the metropolitan area.
- Good communication skills and analytical skills.
- Ability to both work independently and within the team.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
