**About the role**:
Located in our Adelaide head office, this is a rare opportunity to play an integral role in the delivery of a genuine transformation program. Your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of SMEs to deliver the next phase of our major transformation program, developing and implementing best practice systems and processes.
You will lead a team that is well advanced in its journey to implement market leading core business platforms including a new cloud based ERP, a new Reporting & Analytics suite, new Application Integration platform, new Point of Sale solution and more! Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will be the link between the Executive and the team. You will have the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with every layer of the business as well as top tier implementation partners.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead, coach and direct the Process Implementation team.
- Collaborate across all levels of the organisation to initiate and maintain effective engagement with the program.
- Drive and deliver the definition of new standard processes and operating model changes across all in scope business functions.
- Ensure delivered systems meet business requirements, align to agreed processes and achieve a suitable level of quality and stability.
- Lead the collaboration between the Process Implementation team and the People
- Change Management team in the development of training plans and training content.
- Expertly encourage and facilitate consultation between the Process
- Implementation Team and relevant stakeholders throughout the business.
- Ensure systems, processes and supporting documentation are delivered to an exceptional quality standard.
**Skills, Experience and Attributes**:
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline or relevant role experience.
- At least 5 years experience in team leadership.
- Experience in ERP or enterprise wide software implementations.
- Experience in driving process analysis and process change.
- Experience in Supply Chain, Retail and / or Finance processes highly valued.
- Project management qualifications highly valued.
- Experience with formal people Change Management methodologies highly valued.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
