What You'll Do
* Lead, develop, and manage our business ranges across various propositions, working with key stakeholders to achieve our commercial goals.
* Monitor and report on range performance and conduct reviews to maintain product offerings for business customers.
* Negotiate with suppliers to deliver value to our customers.
* Collaborate with internal partners to support strategic business initiatives.
* Develop and implement portfolio strategies, including category expansion initiatives.
* Identify new suppliers and market trends to drive range changes.
What You'll Bring
* Experience building trusted supplier partnerships and negotiating with Tier 1 FMCG partners.
* Strong commercial acumen, ideally in buying and trading, with understanding of category strategy, pricing, promotions, and portfolio management.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders internally and externally.
* Experience in problem-solving and continuous improvement.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to identify market trends and lead change programs.
* Strong organizational and financial skills, including problem-solving and prioritization.
