The Role
As our Sales & Account Manager, you'll manage an established customer base while actively hunting for new opportunities across transport, agriculture, wholesale and retail fuel sectors. You'll build relationships, negotiate deals, solve problems and drive real commercial outcomes. If you enjoy being on the phone, building connections and closing business, you'll thrive here.
This is an office‐based role with strong collaboration across our operations and scheduling teams to make sure our customers are looked after from quote to delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
* Growing and developing an existing customer portfolio
* Prospecting and converting new business opportunities
* Preparing pricing, quotes and commercial agreements
* Identifying upsell and cross‐sell opportunities
* Managing negotiations and closing deals
* Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding service
* Tracking activity and performance through CRM systems
* Meeting and exceeding sales and volume targets
What We're Looking For
* Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
* Commercial mindset with a drive to win
* Strong organisational and computer skills
* Resilient, self‐motivated and target focused
* Professional phone manner and negotiation ability
* Experience in fuel, logistics or B2B sales is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate
