Are you passionate about delivering smart, scalable logistics solutions in fast-paced environments? We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Warehouse and Transport Management (WMTM) Solution Lead to play a key role in shaping and delivering warehouse and transport solutions across multiple FMCG sites.
You will lead the design and deployment of fit-for-purpose logistics systems, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners. With a strong focus on cross-functional integration, you'll help ensure our supply chain operations are efficient, sustainable, and ready for the future.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and deployment of SAP EWMTM solutions across warehouse and transport operations.
* Partner with site teams and logistics leaders to embed consistent, fit-for-purpose solutions.
* Oversee configuration, testing, training input, cutover planning, and hypercare for site rollouts.
* Ensure seamless integration with ERP, Customer, Manufacturing, and Planning systems.
* Manage solution interdependencies and support real-world integration testing.
* Engage stakeholders and translate complex technical requirements into clear business outcomes.
* Drive continuous improvement and maintain standardisation across sites.
About You
* Previous experience leading SAP EWMTM solution design and implementations (SAP certifications preferred).
* Proven experience in logistics solution delivery within FMCG or high-volume distribution.
* Deep knowledge of WMS (e.g., SAP EWM) and TMS (e.g., SAP TM, Oracle TM, Manhattan).
* Strong understanding of warehouse flows, transport planning, and 3PL integration.
* Ability to manage cross-functional and cross-program interdependencies.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Resilience under pressure and a passion for delivering sustainable business outcomes.
