The role requires a leader who can drive exceptional IT support services to senior executives and their assistants.




Key Responsibilities



* Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a customer-focused approach.

* Team Leadership: Mentor, develop, and foster a high-performance team culture that promotes collaboration and continuous improvement.

* Cross-Training Initiatives: Drive initiatives to enhance service capability within the Executive Support and Global End User Services teams.

* Escalation Point: Act as the primary point of contact for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.

* Financial Management: Oversee financial management for allocated cost centres, maintaining budget accountability.

* Continuous Improvement: Implement frameworks to optimize operational costs and boost end-user satisfaction.

* Confidentiality: Ensure trust and confidentiality in all interactions with executive-level customers.
