Now, we're on the hunt for a motivated Assistant Manager to join our crew and help us keep raising the bar.
What's the role all about?
As Assistant Manager, you'll play a hands-on part in both leading the team and serving customers on the front line. From managing day-to-day operations to jumping behind the counter to make a top-notch coffee, you'll be the kind of leader who sets the standard for great service.
This role is fast-paced, rewarding, and the perfect chance to build your leadership skills within a supportive team.
What we're looking for:
* A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
* Experience in a café or hospitality environment (bonus if you've got Microsoft Office skills too)
* Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a café or hospitality environment is required
* Leadership or staff management experience (Food Safety Supervisor certificate is a plus)
* A true team player who can multitask, lead by example, and deliver outstanding customer experiences
